AFLOW is a guided dance experience where Afro Rhythms are embodied through dynamic movement, grounded grooves, and joyful flow-drawing from tribal drumming, Afro-inspired club styles, and contemporary music. You will be guided through 75 minutes of playful dance with short rest periods to hydrate & connect.
**Barefoot Class (socks ok!). **Please Bring a water bottle/Nonalcoholic beverage welcome in this space
