AFLOW is a guided dance experience where Afro Rhythms are embodied through dynamic movement, grounded grooves, and joyful flow-drawing from tribal drumming, Afro-inspired club styles, and contemporary music. You will be guided through 90 minutes of playful dance with short rest periods to hydrate & connect. Then stay and enjoy free flow dancing (no instruction) or another hour!
